The cheKIT testing pad is valid for one year from the date of manufacture.Even if the kit is within its expiration period, service availability may change due to policy updates.For best results, we recommend using the kit as soon as possible.

If you wore the pad for at least 4 hours, the sample is usually sufficient—even if there is little or no visible discharge on the surface.Please follow the instructions and gently swab the marked area 2–3 times using the provided swab.If the laboratory determines that the sample is insufficient or results are inconclusive, cheKIT offers a re-test policy and will send you a new kit at no additional cost.

Yes. Wearing the cheKIT pad for 4 hours or more is sufficient, and sleeping while wearing the pad is allowed.You may adjust the wearing time based on your personal comfort.
